Any changes to your plan, including the addition of a plan feature, must be completed the day before your plan anniversary date. Otherwise, the full monthly fee for your current plan will apply in addition to the monthly fee for the new plan or plan feature.

If you enroll in auto-pay and have an eligible auto-pay plan, we’ll add bonus as applicable to your account and it will be processed within 48 hours after successful payment. However, if you are no longer enrolled in the auto-pay program, or if the credit card, Visa debit or Debit Mastercard that you provided can’t be charged, then no bonus will be applied to your account. Eligibility of the dollar bonus, if applicable, is allowed only once during the customer’s account lifetime and cannot be reinstated if you change bonus offers.

For customers activating a new prepaid account, if your account is inactive on day 58 after your initial Activation Date, your account will be deactivated. If your account balance remains at less than the amount of the monthly service fee for your Plan for 3 consecutive months then your account will be deactivated. Once deactivated, you will lose the mobile number assigned to you
